This extender is very easy to connect to your home network and get it up and running. It works great and gives your network a lot more range. I would purchase again.

It’s a good WiFi range extender. Easy to install and setup. Easy to use. Tends to drop the base signal even though the repeated signal strength is still reporting it’s strong, though. Doesn’t degrade, it’s just either on or off.

3 hrs with tech support to hear Sorry must be a bad device, we tried everything and can't help you, you should just get a new one....What?! I just did ! yours! and it's trash u tell me ? never had such a wide array of problemS in a device. half finished, low quality, a lot of defective unit complains where companies tech " support " will basically drive you insane even if you know what you're doing and all the terms...feel bad for ppl. that never had to deal with one of these before - if u bought, save yourself a guaranteed headache and return while you still can. or get ready to sit in front of all your tech for hours figuring out where you went wrong

The price was good at BestBuy it was more online. Setting up is a lil confusing, the green little is green for a sec then it's yellow I still don't know if it's working my laptop recognized it but my cameras idk ????

First time using an extender, didn't know what to expect, set up easy. Internet not strong in some rooms. Purchased mostly for the kids, daughter needs good signal for laptop, school to home. Other child plays the game online. Overall did not really help connection the same. Still having same issues every other day, freezing, lagging, load forever. Not sure if this is the best brand. Only thing available in store so I grabbed it

Extends my mesh network well so that I can plug a device directly into it so that I do not have to have the device near my router. Works well. Set up quickly.

Before I buy the produci have a dead zone in my house and my bethroon now i have a good reception of mi WiFi at home thank you for made the WiFi easy to connect in my house

Fairly easy to install if done correctly first time Instructions a bit confusing May need to be fairly close to main router for steady green light as I have couple of walls and staircase but it works very well once in the right place

Performs as describes. Took a couple of ties to get it up and running, but once i was connected, the router performed seamlessly with a strong signal throughout 2300 sqft home.

In fairness to Linksys I haven't spent a ton of time troubleshooting this device but then again if it worked great it wouldn't be necessary to troubleshoot it either. Setup was pretty quick and painless. I was able to connect it to my existing wireless network without any trouble and then attach devices that struggled to obtain a good signal before easily. The problem is that it frequently stops working. Unplugging it and plugging it back in solves the problem every time but its a hassle to do this frequently. Sometimes it works for a week without problems. Sometimes it has to be power cycled several times in one day. I guess it worked better initially because when I got tired of dealing with it I realized I was a few days past the return deadline for Best Buy. I'll try to contact Linksys to see if they have any solutions.

Bought this wifi extender for my condo. My wifi would lose signal strenghth at night and weekends when I needed it most for my devices and 4K smart tv, internet bandwidth would suffer during these heavy use periods from my provider. My signal strenghth would drop from 30+ mps range to 8-10 mps range during those times. This would cause extremely frustrating load times and freezing while trying to access apps on the tv. The extender fixed all those issues. Love it!

This is about as plug and play as you are going to get for a wifi range extender. Even having to set this up the "old fashioned" way (connecting to the set up network and entering the information manually), set up took less than 5 minutes. It is pretty fast too. Most negative reviews of wifi extenders is that they really slow down data, but I'm getting just as fast of speeds connected to this as when connected directly to the router (when at similar distances from each).

We couldn't get a strong signal at the far end of the house, but after we placed the extender at the middle of the house we have a signal throughout strong enough to stream movies.

Since I got my WiFi extender I can now watch my fire tv in the room that’s further away from my modern. Before I go the extender I was unable to connect to the WiFi.

Worked well. I was having connection problems during the shutdown. It provided definite boost, but my problem was the router itself. Did it work as advertised? Yes.

Wasn't as bad as I thought to install. And it helps extend my internet to a dead spot which is my garage Exactly what I needed

I tried a similar off-brand product previously but it didn't support hiding SSID. I really wanted this to be seamless such that it just strengthened the signal but for my purposes it worked.

Had bad coverage downstairs and this unit extended coverage to that area.

This has helped to boost the wi-fi in the more remote parts of the house.
