The Modem, router and Access Point are upstairs in the far conner of the house. the booster works fine for data on our phones and PCs but is unable to keep up with streaming services like Netflix, Prime and YouTubeTV.

It is possible that the extender is not getting an optimum connection to allow streaming. You can try relocating the RE6300 instead, and make sure that it gets a strong signal from the router. Antenna positioning might also help.

I installed it by the front door. While the Ring is still slow and unreliable my WiFi now works great in the entire house.

It's been six months now and it still works great.

My home is not even big and I have a reliable internet provider . I was hoping to use it to better my recent WFH experience (as are many, I am sure). I actually have better luck/range/functionality with my much older Netgear. I'll likely not purchase this brand again.
