Well not really, but the setup was easy for my less computer experienced 75 year old aunt who could follow the instruction sheet, get into her laptop, configure with the repeater’s built in web page and quickly extend her WiFi to include her upstairs loft. So this is highly recommended.

As for the WPS, you can either use the physical button that your RE6300 Extender has or you can log in to the web-based setup page of your Linksys device and select one of the three (3) options for configuring WPS.
