Our internet was super slow and thinking this will help us and it did. But I think we should spend a little more ans got a even better one. I think this is all depends the area you living in and how your house is setup.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Worked best after I separated the 2.4ghz and the 5.0ghz on the house router. Set up your router first . This unit is just plug it in and wait for the light to turn solid green . I used my computer for set up so I could test which signal would be the strongest . We have xfinity router - which you can go into the settings of that and rename he 2 signals so you can identify them when connecting to WiFi on your other devices. Worked to boost the signal from downstairs to the far side of the house upstairs.

Extending one more room?

Chances you probably should buy a better router. However if you have a great router and only need to go through one more wall to another room this is perfect. Able to stream a lot better at the end of my house with this extender.

It Does the Job!

Once it was setup we moved it around to house to determine the most advantageous spot for it to be. Now we have a strong Wifi signal in parts of the house where it was very spotty, at best.
