Works well with existing home wi-Fi. A great buy if your home is over 5000sqft.

This item works well even on a very poor network like I am dealing with at this location, I needed to be able to connect from my Motor Home to the house on the property I am at until I am able to relocate as a result of the wildfires last Sept that took all that I owned. Without this I would not be able to stay in contact with all that I must during this time of rebuilding and recovery.

I bought a cheaper one from Amazon but waited too long to return it. So I purchased this one and was able to set it up relatively easily and the connection is way better than the Amazon one. The only issue I have is my connection goes in and out but I’m more so thinking this is an Xfinity issue than the extender. Would purchase again!

It worked great. I now have internet in my garage which is the ‘man cave’ and I’m able to stream music and watch my Roku. Garage is 30’ from where I placed the extender and I get 4-5 bars. It did take a couple tries to get it to pair up with my router but that was just a minor annoynce

Works well to extend our wifi and easy to install and nicely expanded the wifi coverage.

Although the boost extender definitely helped with the WIFI, the ethernet connection was incredibly unstable. I had just built a new pc which required an ethernet connection to run. I picked this up and expected it to work for my needs. However, the setup was difficult at first, I ended up having to manually connect it to my pc just to get it to connect in the first place, which is quite a hassle when you should only have to press two buttons. During zoom classes, I would lose connection anywhere between 10-15 times per 45 minutes. For an ethernet connection, you should never lose connection unless the internet is out. Finally I decided to just buy a different extender that my brother uses for his pc and my ethernet has been perfect since. Same cord, same WIFI modem and everything. This product is perfect for WIFI extension but stay away if you plan on using ethernet.

Set up is not overly easy, but it works well once it is set up. It needs to be within a certain distance of the wifi router. Don't throw away the instructions as you will have to do set up again if the password to your wifi changes.

Great for extending wi-fi to my basement bedroom love it!

This extender came in very handy once we bought it. Now we have a signal throughout the whole house instead of dead spots.

Great extender for a great price, I believe it was under $40. Current router is in the basement and the extender has increased speed to accommodate all of our computers, laptops, ipads and more....lag time decreased, increased speed in the bedrooms in our upper level (we have a tri-level home). Plug in and use in 5 minutes! Salesperson said it doesn't work with Verizon Fios but IT DOES with no problems!!

Easy to set up and install. Provided excellent wi-do extension.

This helps to boost the signal from my main internet source to my room in the back.

Had a good experience shopping in the store. Helpful tech staff person showed me all the laptops available in my price range. He explained the functionality, storage capacity, speed and other features of each laptop. The only slight criticism is that he didn't offer to compare price to another supplier, I had to ask for that. But I guess that is not in Best Buys interest to do so.

This was easy to set up and works great extending wifi.

After purchasing the linksys 1200 router and then adding this piece of machinery, it works well. Would advise anyone to get it
