I bought this after I tried out a t-plink range extender that did not work. I was recommended to buy this one because my router was the same brand. Came home took it out the box and plugged it into the wall, it was easy to set up with my router took less than 1 minute. So far it's been great and it's really improved my signal in my bedroom and my daughter's bedroom. I'm so happy I took that person's advice.

Fairly simple set up. I have it roughly half way between computer and where signal was weakest. I don't have signal issues as before. When setting it up I wasn't sure I had done it correctly but after a few minutes it was up and running. Straight forward instructions, set done in under 15 minutes.

Great router, works from one end of house to another. Especially great since I can hardwire pc into this instead of router in other room

Easy to use great price for the value. I literally just open the box and started using it. Links easy to the my router and has a great signal strength. It’s a must buy for regular in house use.

It kind of does the job for my 1500 sq ft house. I wanted a stronger connection in my office so I bought this. It does improve my connection to my laptop but the streaming devices seem to connect better to the original wifi. When I switch over to this we get really bad buffering. So its a mixed bag. I am only trying to extend 15 feet down a hallway and it barely does the job. It loses connection from time to time, so I have to switch back to router. I would spend more and buy something else to be honest. I am probably just gonna crawl up in the attic and run a hardline at this point.

I have a porch on the front of my house where I like to sit with my laptop. However the front wall of the house at the back of the porch has real stone top to bottom which greatly reduced the wifi signal coming from the center of the home. I added this inconspicuous rage booster on the interior wall on the other side of the wall, and now I have no problems with signal strength on the porch. The signal shows up as additional 5 GHz and 2.4 GHz wifi networks with "_Ext" added to the end of the name. I haven't noticed any degradation in the speed anywhere else on my network, even with multiple kids on multiple devices. I had it set up and working in about 5 minutes, but I also have a Linksys router so I'm sure that helps.

I got this to extend my WiFi.. obviously I know, it worked when it worked but as a gamer it often disconnects and kicks you so I would not recommend if that’s what you are looking for

We just purchased a large home and I was having trouble reaching wifi in certain areas including our main living room with our big screen smartTV. I had to go through the set up procedure two to three times to set this up, but I think it was just me being impatient and going too fast. Ever since I set it up in our living room I have not had one instance of getting the dreaded "We are unable to play this content at this time from Hulu." Also on Sundays, my NFL football games were having to rebuffer all the time it was so annoying. Since I installed this, I have not had any problems at all. So yes, totally worth it and it looks sleek and cool so it's not tacky in your living room or any room for that matter. Thumbs up.

Excellent product that worked as advertised. Very easy to setup and coverage was good enough to cover an additional 1000 square feet of an open floor plan apartment. Needs to be fairly close to the originating signal to get the most out of the product, however that is common with extenders in this range. Would recommend/use again.

This range extender works well for my house needs. With my router being on the second floor it didn't have the range to provide a signal to my back porch tv. The extender gives a strong signal to areas on the ground floor.

It took four attempts to get the setup completed correctly (one failed setup was my mistake). But once it was set up correctly it works flawlessly. I get 70 feet away from the Linksys Range Extender and still get a very strong signal. It is exactly what I was looking for. Once i got it setup it has earned five stars.

Extended it without issues! Now we can be in the office and not have periods of not use of the wifi!

If you need more range on your wifi Network, this Range Extender is an excellent choice for you, is really easy and good range.

Simple to use and set up. I actually have a network cable to my home router connected to this to extend my home network. This is very simple to set up and use. Works great with my existing system.

Sometimes it loses connection but other than it is an okay type of device. I wish there was a feature to update the firmware remotely instead of connecting with a wire.

I'm not really tech savvy but this was easy to set up and worked great in a large house with WiFi dead spots.

But for my granddaughters bedroom, so she can connect her desktop computer while working from home, now she can work anywhere with that, and it works perfectly

Works well for my purposes. I needed to extend the wifi signal from one end of the house to the next for my security camera. It performs as advertised. I had to set up it manually as the quick setup option did not work with my router.

Easy to sync, placed it outside my office, WAY away from the router once it was synced and it doubled my signal strength AND is faster than my darn fast router. HIGHLY recommend this puppy
