It took some issues to set up with the confusion, but once it was set up worked fine. The customer service was responsive and nice in helping with the set up.

This works great mostly all the time. From time to time. It won’t send a signal but I’m thinking it’s due to it being far from actual router.

I have to switch to this when I'm closer to it. Not the best for my place but it works to get connection in another area where my normal wifi doesn't reach.

The Linksys RE6300 is recommended to have a unique wireless network name. However, you can actually set the settings of your Linksys RE6300 to make it the same as your router's settings. Just access the web-based page of the range extender, go to Basic Settings, and check the radio box that says Make same as router settings.
