Ok wifi extender

There are several factors which may have caused the limited range. Utilizing the spot finder technology during the setup will greatly help us to determine if the extender is in the optimum location, proper antenna positioning might also help. Thanks for sharing your thoughts. Range Extenders are designed to increase the range of your wireless home network and provide Wi-Fi to areas unreachable by your router's Wi-Fi signal. Nevertheless, the speed would still be dependent on your router. By the way, to fully maximize your Range Extender's performance, it is recommended to relocate it to a spot which is getting at least 50% of your router’s Wi-Fi signal and is located midway between your router and the area without Wi-Fi. You can also try to log in to the Spot Finder page and determine your signal and move the range extender according to the Spot Finder results.

Placing the unit on a spot the it gets an optimal signal from the main router is a must. We recommend to utilize the Spot finder feature and equip the latest firmware to acquire its best performance.
