The Linksys AC1900 Wireless repeater does an adequate job of extending WiFi to parts of our house where the signal from the wireless router tends to be weak. The website you sign into to determine the optimal location seems to work okay - occasionally it indicates you need to move it to another outlet in a specific direction from the one with which you are currently working, only to discover that you need to move it back in the original direction. We currently have the repeater plugged into an outlet in our bedroom that is on the back of the house. This side of the house overlooks our patio. Wireless connectivity while on the patio or elsewhere outside seems to have improved substantially.

I purchased this Linksys Range Extender to increase the wi-fi signal in my house. I read several reviews first before deciding to buy this product. The set-up was easy. Anyone who has some basic knowledge about their home network can install this device. It takes only a few minutes. Once the Range Extender has been synced to your router, you can locate it around the house that will give you the best coverage. If you are wanting to extend your home network wi-fi signal strength, then I would highly recommend buying this item.

Easy to setup! Just plug it in and follow the setup procedures. It easily connects to your router. Nothing complicated about this! Now I have good coverage for all my smart in-home devices. Currently running two of these because my router is located upstairs and I have in-home devices located downstairs (Ring Doorbell 2, Sengled smart bulbs, Amazon Echo 5 etc). Highly recommended for ease of setup and it looks pretty nice plugged in the wall outlets.

I replaced my old extender with the Linksys AC1900 and have benefited from improved performance in both speed and range.

This was just what we needed to support the smart Tv that we purchased. We highly recommend.

For some reason i have dead spots in the back of my house guessing cause all the wires are run through the walls and utility room is in the front of the house. After looking for months decided to give this a try and I’m very pleased with how my whole house has Wi-Fi. This extender allow me to even use the same password as the main internet. Which was a big plus

This WiFi extender did exactly what I needed it to. I have a home office in a finished basement with the original router on the first floor. Was constantly getting kicked off of my server for work before I bought the linksys WiFi extender and since the purchase I have not gotten kicked off once. My service is just as fast as it is on the first floor. Put the extender at the base of the stairs to the basement and the entire basement has full connection to the WiFi. Great purchase!

This extender really made a difference. I've purchase two other types before. They were okay to extend the WiFi in the house. But, I wanted something that would cover the pool area. The others would not provide sufficient coverage for the far end of pool area. I was surprised to get one bar shy of a full signal. Not bad at all for a distance of 100ft. I've moved it to the other side of the yard to see how it would do. The closest electrical outlet is 40ft from the house. Again, I found myself surprised at being able to maintain WiFi; along my tree line. Which at the furthest is 115ft. Very impressive. I'm now considering purchasing a second unit. This extender has made quite a difference on the ranch.

Does exactly what it should, was easy for me to set up (make sure your current router is compatible), I can now get access in my garage away from the house!

Had a few times when it wouldn’t stay connected at the beginning but now it’s flawless. Have no problems and am impressed with the speed it is putting out. The duel band is very good for streaming video.
