I thought it had something to do with the location I set it. So I moved the WiFi extender 500 sqft from the main router and still it wouldn’t stay connected.

Don't mix with Netgear routers

Again it created a new network with a _EXT extension. Apparently it only works properly with Linksys routers. Best Buy cheerfully refunded my purchase price.

Your store no longer has phone access without going through a call center which still did not get us connected to your store. We returned the product and bought one elsewhere with great tech support that had us up and running quickly. I used to buy all my laptop computers, printers, keyboards, cameras etc. through your store. But that was when you used to be accessible and offer customer support. You just lost this customer.
