I think its a good value for the price, but there has been some spotty WiFi recently. It was easy to set up and I hope it keeps doing the job upstairs. I think its an excellent solution to out WiFi situation during the pandemic. I hope this helps others that may be having the same issues,

We bought this because we weren’t getting a strong enough WiFi signal in some areas of our new house. Now those areas get a better signal. The only downside is that it creates a second WiFi network so we have to manually switch between the 2 networks when we are in different areas of the house.

Can be a bit touchy at times, but I think it is just my provider at times. Very easy to install. Put it at the other side of our house away from the main modem and it practically gives me another network's band width.

I'm no techie. I had this item set up and in use within 30 minutes. Now I can use my ipad, phone and computer in any room in the house. It has been in operation for a couple of months now, with no issues.

I needed to boost the wifi for a TV we mounted in our Lanai to permit streaming since we had no outside cable connections. While the regular wifi signal was four bars throughout the home, the signal dropped in strength dramatically in the Lanai; probably since the outer walls are concrete block. I had used another repeater in a prior home. Tried same and it didn't do anything. Bought the Linksys 1900 because it appeared to be stronger and could stream at high speeds. It has worked. Got 3 of 4 bars outdoors which was enough. Only problem was connecting it to my router. Took 4 tries. First tried by having it in same room as router. Software said too close and move it away. Did same and wifi network couldn't see it. Retried. Brough back into room, ignored the warning about being too close and set it up. Then plugged it into wall on other side of wall. Worked fine.

I kept losing my wireless signal while on my patio. I read the reviews for this repeater and knew it was a winner. Easy setup and my signal is now stronger than ever. I'm so pleased with the performance.

This extender works best as a "wired extender." The wireless extender range is ok but the speed may definitely drop off. It worked well coupled with the Linksys EA7500 as a wireless extender with minimal speed degradation but was marginal with an Apple Airport Extreme 802.11ac basestation. It's worth a try if you need to boost the signal in a remote area. As a "wired extender" using a Moca 2.5 network, there is absolutely no loss of speed and the wireless range is even better than my main access point. For the money, this is an excellent buy depending on how you deploy it.

There was definitely an improvent in wifi operations. I am using my Ring RSSI as an example of the improvement. Things improved overall. My Ring RSSI tended to run about a stable 58. It now runs a variable 43 to 46 RSSI. It is not as stable but it is running way better in the area I placed it. Set was pretty easy. First time it didn't take but second time it did. Now that it was matched to the router time to place it. The handy android app allowed me to place it in a good position. I tested four outlets before I settled on one. Easy setup and improved wifi. Definite win.

We have a pretty large house, and we had one area where our wi-fi signal was weak. This extender solved that problem. It allowed me to keep our router where I wanted it, which was not a very central location but it was important to keep it there for a couple of reasons. This extender helped us have a strong signal where it had been weak.

Installed this wifi extender for a client in their 4000 square foot house. Back rooms were unable to get enough signal strength to run Fire Stick. After installation had 5 bars of signal strength in back rooms. Plenty enough for uninterrupted Netflix viewing.

I have a Norton Core in the corner of my lower level. It was no more effective at reaching the opposite upper level corner of my house than my previous 10 year old router. I already had a cat6 wire run with an old extender in the closet, but really wanted to experience the greater throughout the new router offered so I opted for this. It’s max speed is lower than the Norton Core but much faster than the old n600 extender. It works great and I would recommend it to anyone. The extenders that reach the Norton cores advertised speed of ac2600 were almost twice this price. I doubt I would be able to tell the difference on the 5 or 6 devices this extender serves.

This is a challenging review. It was very easy to set up this wireless extender. It was plug and play perfect. It also does extend my wireless network to the back of my house where internet was almost non-existent. However, there is definitely a downside and this is now my entire wireless connection is slow. Even connecting close to the main router.

Used these to extend WiFi coverage at a convention hall so that internet enabled scanners could be used to check people in and out. Simple setup, and great coverage. Couldn't have asked for more.
