The Linksys RE7000 range extender should be able to extend the WiFi coverage of up to 10,000 square feet. You can try to relocate the extender and make sure the firmware is updated to optimize the device.

I have tried to move it and located it in different places and it just doesn't get a good signal. More expensive than an airport express which I already had and performs the same.

There was a complete dead zone for wifi for half of my house, and it boosted a strong signal to that part of my house! Can now stream and game comfortably with this connection! The only thing was that it was tricky to set up with my router, and it took a little while to get it to set up. With persistence, you can get it set up, too! Just follow the instructions!
