Ever since I installed the Linksys extender I have been losing the internet, almost on a daily basis. Have no idea why but never had the problem before installing the extender. Wish I would have purchased the other system which has 3 extenders. Maybe I would not be having this problem. Unfortunately when I asked for help with this problem at the store the Best Buy salesperson seemed to know as little which is not very much. Just would have liked to known I could have had a different and better system.

Works great. The signal is outstanding in a back half of my house.

Excellent for beginners with very little WiFi issues. It was ok for awhile. I have since moved on to the Orbi system. The Max Stream was easy to install and operate.

It works, but it sure is temperamental, and it's a real pain with a Mac. Setup was not bad, but not as easy as it could have been. It did not see the router, even though it was less than a foot away from a WiFi6 monster. Once I manually entered the SSID, I was able to connect. Because the router was not Linksys, the instructions automatically created a new network name. This is a pain if you're trying to create a mesh, as you have to completely drop from the base network or manually shift to the new one, or both. While my iPhone and iPad worked fine, my MacBook Air could not get a router connection to the base. The only way to get it to work was to manually copy the TCP/IP information from the Windows machine and enter it on the MacBook. This, of course, meant that I had to go back and change it to Automatic every time I left this house (Starbucks, airport lounge, etc.). This worked, but it was a real pain. Then the other devices started acting up when connected. In turn, my Windows devices, iPad, and iPhone could not get an Internet connection through the extender, even though the they could through the base router, and all settings appeared fine. The only way I could get it to work was to unplug the extender, let it reset, and plug it back in. At this point, I am returning it. While I can get it to work, it really should not be this difficult to use.

This is a pretty good range extender, but eventually started to die on me after a little more than a year and a half. Made troubleshooting my wifi issues a bit harder.

Added a she shed and this gave our tv internet connection really easy set up.

My internet was terrible on one side of my apartment. I bought this.....problem solved. The only problem with it is it’s not helping me get a PlayStation 5.

Unit was simple to set up and has worked very well since with no problems.

I didn't expect to need this product. TV is on same floor - just down a short hallway - from modem. Watching streaming through ROKU frustrating cos of serious buffering. Got this product. Problem went away. No buffering anymore. Am pleased. Am also happy I didn't need to be a techie to set it up by myself.

It seems to work the way it should. Set up was a little tricky and required a little googling. But over all it works like it should.

Anything that is technologically friendly I will endorse! The direction were simple and set up was a breeze!

Had a dead area in the house and this took care of it. Wish it was seamless ans didn't have a separate login than the original WiFi.

This item was easy to set up and works great, Since it was very useful, I gave one to my daughter for her house

Works fine in the house and outside....under garage & on the deck.
