The first two worked hard for about three hours trying to get the unit to work before they said it was a hardware problem and I needed to exchange the unit. The new unit worked exactly the same. The first rep was useless. The second rep this time told me it was working fine, I just did not understand what it was supposed to do. The fact that a computer right next to the unit had no internet connection did not matter, it was working. That is when I decided to return the unit for good. No more dealing with Linksys.

Super easy to set up (under 5 minutes!) and once configured we could move it to the closest outlet and it reconnected automatically. As we're using it for a low bandwidth application, I can't speak to the speeds coming across but we've had no issues.

I installed this gizmo in the basement - halfway between my office computers (3 of them) and the router, and it works just fine. The installation was duck simple and really easy. It improved my office computers' performance, and it is worth every penny.
