The first two worked hard for about three hours trying to get the unit to work before they said it was a hardware problem and I needed to exchange the unit. The new unit worked exactly the same. The first rep was useless. The second rep this time told me it was working fine, I just did not understand what it was supposed to do. The fact that a computer right next to the unit had no internet connection did not matter, it was working. That is when I decided to return the unit for good. No more dealing with Linksys.
