It is nice not seeing the "circle of delay" when streaming shows on a laptop in the basement. (The router is upstairs and I placed the Max Stream midway between the basement room and the upstairs router.

But unless you have a linksys router, which if I understood correctly could let your devices switch seemlessly between WiFi bands around the house, you will have to manually switch if you don’t have a comparable Linksys router. I hate that I would have to switch manually walking through my house. I guess that’s why people are starting to purchase mesh router systems. This product should work almost like that if you have a Linksys router that works with it.
