I call support only to find out I have various IP addresses that are clogging up my server and the extender can no longer connect to my WIFI. I don’t understand what or why this happened and am so disappointed. I just wanted to extend my WIFI. I’m returning it pronto.

Having such challenge with the extender is quite unusual. We'd like to have one of our Escalation Engineers check this out further and aid in experiencing the best out of this device before setting it aside. The key to having your device switch from the "base" mess router to the extender is to have the same wireless name for both units. And the phone app for controlling the units is nice.
