Also after learning about extenders and MESH systems. I will never go with an extender again. If you dont know about MESH systems then I suggestion gaining some knowledge on them and try those out first.

My devices routinely dropped WIFI or had weak signal. With this, I now have full signal everywhere and no more dead zones. Plus, it takes less than 5 minutes to set up!

I tried and fiddled with it for about 1-2 weeks. It was marginally better at best and inconsistent with more or less 10db signal improvement its not worth almost $100. I've always loved how Bestbuy accept returns so I did.

Poor quick fix

Doesn’t really extend much but increase coverage in already covered area. Get a mesh system instead. Double the money and get your values worth. Not worth the money on this.

It could be that the extender is not in an optimum position. Try moving it around, in between the router and the area that you’d like to cover. The price at Best Buy was quite a bit higher than the price I found on the internet and Best Buy would not match the price.

I had the AC1900 linked and working within 30 minutes. After 4 weeks, it has not dropped the link at all. Our TVs are operating well with the extender in place.
