although the Linksys Repeater is helping somewhat, there are still many instances when audio reception is not clear; one impedment is the high location high in the building

This wi-fi extender has knocked out any weak reception in my house. I just wish I had purchased this Repeater earlier.

This range extender is really good for the price and preformed really well when I was downloading a 50GB update for one of my games through my Xbox One X

Somehow helpful -- better Wi-fi coverage -- than without one, but not "miraculous" as I expected. Marginal improvement. All in all I'm happier with it than without it.

This is a great little device. Is small unobtrusive and can be used to extend the Wi-Fi reception. Setup was very easy. Plugged it in, connected to the device from my Smart Phone and added it to the network. Since I have a Linksys Max Stream Router I can do seamless Wi-fi (More later), but first I tried it out as just an extension to my network like I didn't have a fancy Linksys router. Devices connected to it no issues and was able to access my internet from the device. Network testing to the internet didn't show an lag, I got my full speed and was able to browse with a nice strong signal. My Roku 2 box had no issues with HD content steaming. After I was done with that I then switched on Seamless Wi-fi, since I have a compatible Linksys Wi-Fi router. This is where the extender really shines since it uses my already existing Wi-Fi network name, I doin't have to reconfigure my devices and can roam with strong coverage. Testing I did notice a quick drop/connect as it moved from one to the other, but it was quick and I only noticed since I was watching like a hawk. The video I was streaming didn't miss a beat. IT is nice that the small portion of my house that couldn't get 5Ghz AC Now does and I don't have any issues with my Roku box in that room having trouble holding the signal for streaming. As an added benefit it has a wired connection so if you have a device lacking a wireless card, or an older G card, you can hardwire the device into that as well, very handy for older blu-ray devices or desktops. Overall setup was easy and quick. If you need to help improve wireless connection in your adobe or need a hardline for something, give this box a look, esp. if you are already had a recent Linksys Router (Though that isn't needed. I did hook up an old TP-Link router I had and while I lost the ability to have seamless Wi-Fi it did help me extend my Wi-Fi network, so if you need a range extender this is a good contender).

I never though he really expands the signal I was skeptical, but he does do expand we have better signal on basement

This Linksys Wi-Fi extender is great for my house because I can get signal from the router far away, thanks BestBuy.

Got this to fix PS5 wifi connection issues so I could use ethernet. Works perfectly since using it

Using it as a wireless access point. Easy setup. The only thing annoying is having two different wireless networks

Just what I was looking for. Connects to our television outside without any buffering. Simple to set up.

Works like a champ! Have not had to reboot or cable box once since we installed it. Great inexpensive fix.

I bought another brand before this one and it was problem from the beginning, I switch with linksys and it was easy to install and always working great

Easy to connect to your wifi, just plug and play, excellent signal. For big houses, and to apartments with walls.

This repeater was persnickety out the box. I'm not a huge fan. Accessing the repeater during and after setup was complicated. If you change settings from original default settings, you will need experience. The dual band itself...Rocks!

Has maximized my wifi signal. Exponentially. Got it for our RV so that we could habe a stronger single at the campground
