My family and I were just blown away by this product. We shut down our modem, unplugged and replugged the various connections and watched as everything came to life. Setup was extremely fast. The app for iOs and Android is a nice touch. It covers our whole house and allows us to prioritize devices. Parental controls are simple and effective. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I received this router as a member of the Linksys Friends & Family Program to review for them and I was not disappointed. First off I am a tech aficionado and the go to person for tech questions for all my friends and family, so I am a tough sell even with a free product. I decided to take this router over to my mothers house and install it there since her house is 3000 sq feet and my niece and nephew are always there straming videos and games and my mother watches videos online. This router was very easy to set up and looks serious with all the antennas. We were all online doing something and I didn't notice any lag while Skyping my friends or watching 4k youtube videos. With the tri band frequency I was able to secure my own signal on my new Chromebook and stream away while the others were on the other 2 channels. All and all this is a great router for a modern family, as long as you have a high speed internet package to go along with it. I would recommend you buy this if you are in the market for a new router.

I upgraded my internet speed but found that my modem/router 2-in-1 wasn't doing the job. I looked into the AC2200 and found that it was the perfect match for my home. Installation was very easy and I also love the accessibility through the Linksys smart application. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to increase internet speed and range.

I'm starting to believe that you get what you pay for with routers. I started with a Nighthawk 2300 first, went through two of them in a week, then finally read some reviews and upgraded to this beauty. The hardware is significantly nicer with an actual display screen, install could not be easier, and so far the performance has been outstanding.

Our router was super old, we had too many devices connected (phones, PS4, Wii, tablets) and I wasn't looking to spend over $400 just to get the very best router. Researched online. We upgrade to Linksys AC2200 ... and it's AWESOME!!! Easy to set up, Easy to use, speed is great ... able to control router settings/usage from my android. (I'm the average mom, not a techie) *4 stars because it wasn't in-stock at my local Bestbuy, had to order online and wait a few days.

Setup was a breeze and the performance is nice and fast compared to my previous AC router. Price is also right around $100.

I upgraded my previous Linksys Max-Stream AC1750 Router for this one. As soon as I plugged it in and went to growing I could tell the difference. The bandwidth speed is much faster and the signal even reached deep in my back yard. I am very happy that I got this one.

Easy set up and handles 14 devices in our house with no issues. We have cut the cable and have a desktop, laptop, two tablets, two cell phones, a smart TV, Wink Hub, Echo, 2 Roku's and a Fire stick all running with no issues. Great product that delivers a great range when two other routers fell short.

I received this router as a free sample in exchange for my honest feedback. This router is an upgrade from my previous Linksys - Wireless-AC1750 Dual-Band Wi-Fi Router. That router worked, and still works, great. However, this router is even better! Installing this router only took a few minutes, and I was up and running with no issues at all. Installing the app on my phone was simple as well, and I love the ability to control my router with the app. Just like the previous router I used, I like the features of the app of being able to turn guest WiFi on and off with ease, as well as see all of the devices connected to my network and much more. But, I'm still disappointed that I must log in to a computer to pick what hours I want to block my teenager's WiFi access, as the app can only select to block or not block, but not select specific times to block. The signal is more than sufficient for multiple smartphones, laptops, and an iPod to all use it at the same time without any hint of slowing down. I highly recommend this router to everyone.

Due to the number of devices we have in the house we needed to beef up our ability to stream and service multiple devices. This router handles it and more. Reaching every corner of our house with no difficulties and supporting over 2 dozen devices without a problem, this is a great investment.

This router linked up very quickly. I really like that you can control the router from your phone.

Setup was super quick and easy. Once connected I'm able to get the full 150Mbps of my cable connection, even via wifi. The range is good. I'm able to get a strong connection at each end of my house and even outside in my yard. The mobile app is good and works well too.

Product works great as intended and was easy to install. Plus I got a great deal at Best Buy.

As an experienced PC/Network technician myself, I have configured routers for home and business use. My Google OnHub router died last night, and I needed a suitable or improved replacement quickly. This EA8300 more than surpasses my expectations. Instructions were clear and straightforward and I had not a single issue during setup. Installed the companion app on my iPhone and it works flawlessly. For those in doubt, please ignore those out there who often gripe and complain about everything. Research is key when purchasing a product and I encourage all who are choosing any piece of tech, to research it well before purchasing. Watch videos. Read expert reviews. Check the manufacturer's webpage to see if your desired purchase will meet your needs. For those who have a smart home setup like I do, (Apple Home Kit), this router supports all my devices well (lights, thermostat, etc).

As a 58 yr old women with not a lot of tech knowledge, I have to say that the quick set-up had me online in no time with minimal frustration. I have been using it for a week and have not been dropped once and its easier to get around on the internet. Great buy at Best Buy.

The router is very easy and simple to set up. It also works great with the Linsky app.
