Easy to set up I particularly like the ability to prioritize devices.

Perfect upgrade! I purchased this after moving to a new home and our EA2700 wouldn't cover all of our home, in particular, our office where we needed coverage the most! This gives us close to full reception and speed, and the best part is when I set it up I kept the wifi name and password the same, and we didn't have to reconnect and devices manually!

It was very easy to install and was immediately up and running

I recently upgraded to a faster internet service and I noticed the speed was were I would have liked it to be. I did some research of my old router and found it wasn't fast enough. So I purchased this unit and as soon as I had it all setup I noticed an instant speed increase. No drop outs in streaming an there aren't any delays in wireless access.

This is a very verstile and high speed router. I connected about 10 devices without a slowdown with Comcast 100 MB/s

I was so excited to finally get a new and better router. The shipping was fast and it looked great. But sadly no matter what I did only the 2.4 band worked. I couldn't get any reception on the 2nd and 3rd floor. (Router in basement) I was on the phone with Linksys for 3 hours. They wanted 10 bucks to get on my computer to try to fix it remotely. Pretty sad customer service. In the end Linksys said it was faulty and I need to replace it and get a wifi extender. Well my 5 year old router a linksys 6900 that cost 89 bucks reached up to the 3rd floor to my Roku device and home computer. I sent back the router no problems with Best Buy. I gave it a 2 star because of the hassle free return and quick service. I ended up getting a Linksys extender and now my speed test went from 35 to 108 mbps on the 2nd floor TV. So it saved me 159 bucks. If you have more than one floor seperating the router to your device I would not recommend this router.

My headache is this; I had/have Netgear DGN2000 Modem Router. I was not getting very fast speed with my Network Provider (AT&T). I was told well you need to get a new Router. On Black Friday I bought this Linksys EA8300 Router and only when i got home did I realize that it isn't a router and modem Combo but I called Linksys support and I was told that I needed to call my service provider (AT&T) and have them put my NETGEAR MODEM/ ROUTER in bridge mode so that basically I would still be able to use the NETGEAR only as a MODEM. AT&T told me that they don't support NETGEAR products that I would have to contact NETGEAR so when I contacted NETGEAR they said that the DGN 2000 was out of complimentary service date and unless I wanted to pay $89 for tech support they couldn't help me. I called LINKSYS back and they said I just need to buy a new modem from them for $99. At this point I know any one of these companies could have helped out but even though all of them has gotten my dollars I am still stuck here with my old NETGEAR and new LINKSYS EA8300 that isn't being used so yes I am frustrated to say the least.

Returned a ac1900 ****hawk router that want performing up to spec. Got this one and install was a breeze. Got everything set up in 10-15 minutes. So far no problems and getting ~400 down on wifi. And no issues with the 10 things that connect to it plus the visitors. Will update as time goes on. Best one if used as of yet

We have about 9 total devices running at various times, sometimes multiple at once and there are no performance issues. Moved to this router from a Nighthawk combo router that continually dropped (and was only dual band). This thing flys and the app is way better than the Netgear one.

Had the router less than a week. Everything is fine so far. Set up was rather easy.

I bought today, will return tomorrow. Besides poor documentation (not much proof or discussion on even the Linksys site regarding whether this device really has Beamforming+ tech, with the + meaning it can coordinate with devices that do not otherwise work with beamforming...) or what encryption is used for the "WPA2 Personal" (AES or TKIP: I believe it's AES at 128 bit), there is a CRITICAL ERROR with this device!!! Specifically, the guest account radio is NOT encrypted and you cannot change it. This is stupid. Every other major brand does so, and all of my previous old routers did so too. It was an easy set up for me and has been working great.

Our home was congested with our neighbors and our own wifi devices to the point that our devices would get kicked off. After adding the tri'band router, we have not had any frequency issues. I have noticed the isp has better results as well.

I dumped my cable company wireless router, because I was not get fast download speeds. With this router I am getting blazing faster speeds in the entire 2 story house
