Bought this router for my gigabit internet service. Worked as advertised. Signal was constant and the UI was easy to use and understand. Distance could have been better but otherwise worked great.

Unit was easy to setup. Is much stronger, farther reaching than my ISP’s router. Should have made the change a long time ago.

Replaced a Linksys that could not keep up with the demands of multiple users. Have no dropped coverage since I purchased it.

We had a router that was a few years older with more obsolete technology. When we streamed video through our FireStick, we experienced some buffering issues. Bought this new router with tri-band / 5Ghz / AC, and PROBLEM SOLVED!!! No streaming problems at all! Easy setup, and love the mobile app to control the router from anywhere.

Best Buy Associated recommended this item. Works great, no lag problems with one or two play stations at a time or sports.

Liksys router is a great product, easy to install. Had to call Linksys tech line for some help and they were very helpful.

I have used Linksys products from time ago and they have been very stable and reliable. Last router last for 5+ years until I got this Max-Stream AC2200 to improve streaming connection with Apple TV mirroring. It has been a good experience and certainly recommend this model whoever needs to get a new router or update.

Replaced my 2 in1 router modem and could not be happier. Works great and don't have any connection issues with the wifi.

I went to this from an Apple AirPort Extreme. Normally, I’m an Apple fanboy, but after only one year, it crapped out on me. So, after several days skimming products and reviews I decided on this one and I’m SO glad I did. The speed is incredible, setup was super fast and easy to do. I can’t say enough good about it.

We replaced a slower Linksys with this one and are impressed with the difference....at the sale price, a real bargain.

I installed this in the middle of my home (2200 sq/ft) and it gets solid coverage pretty much everywhere. Speed drops a bit as distance increases, but that's expected, and even in far corners of the house, the connection is still pretty good. I currently have this set up in a mostly wireless configuration, with a Plex media server connected directly to it, and everything else wireless. I'm able to use PS4 remote play (locally) with minimal input lag. Port forwarding allows me to access the plex server from outside the house without issues, though connection to the PS4 is spotty, and would probably benefit from being hard wired. There's a lot of configuration options available. I personally like being able to set a dedicated band for my gaming systems to keep them apart from all of the other wireless devices that don't require much in the way of speed, but by default the router assigns connections in a manner designed to distribute load. Overall, it's a very solid home router with more than enough features for most people.

Easy to set up and better range than many. Also good reliable data transmission with very few lapses in connection.

Has great range along with Linksys smarthub to help with set-up and continuing to monitor the network when new hardware joins. Might as well buy the Linksys Wi-Fi Range extender to save a second trip. I have had no problems from the router so far, just do a power cycle every month or so.

easy almost plug and play set up. Process and setting up local network and password took less than twenty minutes.
