According rude Spectrum guy rep I needed a new router because I wasn't able to stream Netflix & Hulu and my router was about 5 years old. It took one hour and 45 minutes to connect, I was on the phone with Linksys support. Support lady waas very patient. I can get internet throughout my home now, but the streaming remains choppy sometimes.
