I needed a router that could handle a lot of traffic in my home (around 25 devices connected).... this router handles everything I throw at it.... Love the app for the iphone, easy to read and understand, it's it's really cool looking too... My family and I all game and stream a lot of shows, and I have been looking for the perfect router to handle everything... does not disappoint...

We had a small problem but it was a bad router but best buy changed it out and we have had no problems since we got it up and running. Everything runs very smooth, easy to setup. And with the app you can control if you want to shut it down or the shut down a certain device which is nice for me as a parent.

After talking through our household needs, the sales associate recommended this item. Set up was very easy, as promised, and we appreciate being able to use different bands for our various tech items. This isn't a cheap product but it definitely handles what we need and we are happy with it.

The router works as intended - has fantastic coverage in a near 3k square foot home.

was able to stop using my range extender in my 2000 sq ft bi level, good performance for streaming on the 5 ghz bands, is a triband router with 2 5ghz radios and one 2,4 ghz... beam forming helps when using several devices at the same time

When our Asus router died after 18 months (with now I see spotty service x 6 months) I went back to Linksys and am not sorry. This is the fastest router w/o interruptions in service that had made me think our Internet provider was having problems.

Easy Set-up, the control center is simple, and it doesn't seem rushed. a lot of thought was put into how you would go through the set-up. i have no problems with it and would buy it again if i could time travel!

This wireless router is ridiculous! I have FIVE Nest Security cameras, THREE Nest Smoke/Carborn Monoxide Detectors, FIVE televisions, TWO tablets, TWO cell phones, and THREE computers running on my wi-fi network and there are ZERO connectivity issues or interruptions. Even when I have visitors using my wi-fi there is no slowing down! You cannot go wrong with this at all! I have tried Netgear, Asus, and others... the performance doesn't come close. One thing I will say... STAY AWAY FROM the Linksys WRT series routers. The firmware is so glitchy! The AC models like this one... TOP NOTCH PRODUCT! Mobile software for your cellphones so thst you can manage your network away from home too! It is HEAVEN!

Upgraded from an outdated AC1900 SU-MIMO router. Greatly improved range and throughput. 5 bar signal though 1700 square foot living area and garage, as well as immediate vicinity outside.

Bought this in late December of 2017 on the recommendation of a co-worker for faster wi-fi speeds. Set-up was easy and it connected all my devices with no issue. Everything was working great up until about a month ago when my wife and I noticed certain devices dropping from the network and were subsequently unable to reconnect. Following that, the LED Linksys light would consistently blink, causing us to have to power cycle the unit once a week or so in order for it to work again - each time, different devices would not reconnect. Most recently, this happened again, and upon power cycling, ONLY the devices connected via LAN (Hardwire) are visible. No wi-fi devices function at all - even after performing a factory reset. Contacted Linksys for support, which deemed it defective, but the rep asked for my credit card number so they could temporarily charge the amount of the router on replacement shipping and refund it when the defective unit was received and processed. (Sorry - I shouldn't have to give payment information on a warranty exchange) Option B was pay to ship the unit to them, and when they receive and process it, they will begin the replacement process. Informed the rep I shouldn't have to pay or put up money for a product that is defective - and that has been deemed defective by the Manufacturer. Linksys Rep's Response? "Well, take it back to Best Buy and exchange it then" Save yourself the money, and buy a Netgear.

This is a great router! I have been struggling with finding a router that rpvodes adequate coverage throughout my apartment and when I got this it worked great!

Great router, super fast speeds and I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a new router. The app is a nice feature as well.

Followed the instructions for the setup and went by smoothly until the next day when the signal would disconnect from all the connected devices then reconnect 45 seconds later. On our phones, it wasn't a problem, but with streaming, it was as the show would just buffer continuously. I called tech support, and they had me separate the setting that had the 2.4 GHz channel connected to the 5 GHz channel (which was a recommended setting). After that, it has been working wonderfully.

I purchased this router since I upgraded my living room television. They online reviews steered me towards this beautiful gem. The guest access capabilities work wonderfully and being able to carry over 20 simultaneous users is phenomenal. The 4k streaming is a godsend.

Gets wifi now in all my dead spots at home and at almost the same speed if not the same as any devices being in the same room as the router. Worth every penny from trying different routers this has not disappointed in connections or management systems.

My internet connection at my house is just ok and for some reason has intermittency but this router had been able to keep the connection strong and consistent. When it does drop its only for a few seconds and it's right back.
