This product works great I was able to extend my wireless a good distance, with same speed.

Bought this for my son to connect to in the basement, works good for him

The extender was easy to setup, no problems. Works as advertised.

I like linksys products, but this one is an exception. There is no way to enter my hidden network name despite the manual saying otherwise. It can only scan for networks that broadcast their name. I upgraded to the latest firmware, no success. Thus this range extender is useless.

I could not get it synced with my router. I returned the item.

This range extender is not as great as I had hoped. I was using it with a Linksys router. It constantly drops the signal and I have to reset it constantly. I would not recommend this product.

I purchased this product based on good reviews. Unfortunately it didn't work for us. I replaced this item with another from Best Buy. The return/exchange process was impeccable with great customer service!

Cannot pick up wifi signal with it as expected. When called Best Buy, I was told that I could spend money for support, but that there wasn't much to do about it. I would not recommend this to anyone!!!

Makes a big difference in connection range. Super !

Doesn't work too well with Motorola wifi router, have to reboot once or twice a week. Range is less than advertised.

I had a Linksys network extender that cost twice this price and was not an extender but rather it was a repeater. By that I mean it assigned a new network name to its signal. This was no good for me because I needed an extender for my Daughter and my smart phones because we did not want to change networks every time we went into the range or the repeater. If you are streaming a movie this is not acceptable. This unit is a true extender. It extends you wireless signal without changing its name and for half the price! We have a dead spot in the garage because of the firewall between the garage and the house and the fact that the close washer and dryer blocks the signal. After following the instructions on how to connect the device to my network I placed it on a shelf above the washer dryer. It gets two bars there and now our phones get four bars where we only got one at best before. This is exactly what I was looking for and for a truly affordable price.

East to install right out of the box...not so much. Not only did the CD not work with operating system, but the manual install attempts didn't work either.

Bought this after walking into the Best Buy store and being advised to purchase this over other products. After installing the CD and setting it up, the device was still unable to provide adequate wifi coverage to my "dead zone". Promptly returned and exchanged for a different wifi extender.

When it's working, this unit is great. However, after a showt period of time the extender started making it impossible to use the internet. My neighbor got one at the same time and has had the same problem. Resetting it works for a very short time so it is virtually unusable.

I had high hopes this would really improve our wifi. But we couldn't tell a difference.

My experience is it does not extend the signal well at all. Would not buy again

This unit appeared defective right out of the box, with some help from customer service, finally got it to operate. Not impressed by its performance, signal was weak and unreliable. Imagine doing wifi, using rabbit ears and tin foil.

We spent four hours trying to get this Thing to be recognized when we searched for it - tried every method listed in the manual and didn't work - went and bought another brand instead

the install was easy - but it has not made that big of a difference
