Setup was not difficult, but the range was mediocre at best. I have my router in the first floor and using my laptop upstairs is challenging. If I go closer to the router, then the signal strength increases. I know it is not the router because all the other wireless devices are functioning just fine.

It is possible that signal interference is the cause of the intermittent connection using the adapter. We suggest that you set a static wireless channel on your router to minimize this and improve the signal.
