But when I called support they actually walked me through how to load it manually step by step. It did take 15 minutes to load but it works fine now. I bought this because I relocated my desktop and it was getting low wi-fi reception

It has also cut out 2 times since getting it. But once I got it to start working, it has worked 98% of the time.

I purchased this Linksys AC600 dual-band USB network adapter and my download speed more than tripled. Used included disc for easy windows 10 install and disabled the PC built in network adapter. I am planning to get another one for my other laptop.
