I saw this product and ordered. Picked up from the bestbuy store. The software needs to be installed from CD. Everything else worked fine and the connection is very good.

I need to talk to your sales people, I am not that knowlegeable when I buy and NEEd advice

Was not able to download the drivers from the internet. Had to use the enclosed CD. Other than that, the performance and solid connectivity to our Wifi router is great!!!
