Fiancée has old PC - won’t give it up...it was not WIFI enabled. We have small apartment with no where we could hard wire his tower...this was perfect solution...his old Windows 7 gets another year’s reprieve.

works fine AFTER I had to call Linksys for help. Attempting to transfer it to a new computer with WIN 7 pro I find the driver is not certified so we had to do a work around. Everytime I boot I have to disable the driver cert verification.

This product at first is a pain in the butt. But after updating all the drivers seems to be working as expected. Quick caviot is that it tends to drop signal more than other products.

Needed an adapter to get internet to my desktop and couldn't run an ethernet cable. This adapter has worked well in getting wireless to my computer and everything works fine.

I did have to download the latest drivers to work on my system but other than that, the install went flawlessly and has a good reception strength meaning my computer is in the basement and the wireless router is on the first floor.

Installs with ease into Windows10, provided high speed connection for my laptop w/out having to replace the built in WiFi card, get cheap fix!! Range is great and speed is great on a USB 3 port.

This product does not indicate clearly what operating systems this supports online. Only when you scroll down to "From the Manufacturer" and then "Specifications" do you find what operating systems this product supports. On the box it indicates the supported operating systems but my question is why would the manufacturer support Windows 8.1 but not 8. This product could have been a lot better had it included support for more systems.

One of my old computers wireless card died andThis fill that role with no problem. The connection does have lag sometimes but there is no reason not to purchase it.

I’ll keep it brief. Use this be gaming and now mining. Has not once lost connection at ALL! Way better than the asus one by far. Highly recommend it.

Unfortunately this is a necessary evil at times. If you can't directly connect with your desktop and you need to use an older desktop (imaged computer for company). As far as wireless adapters go this is the best I've ever used.

The wifi quit working on my laptop and I purchased this small Linksys adapter to see if I could get a connection. It works great! No problem connecting to internet. Beats replacing laptop or an expensive repair.

Not as fast as advertised, but will the get the job done. IF you have an older computer and trying to connect to the internet wirelessly this is the way to go.

Easy setup but could never get the drivers to fully install. This was on a Windows 7 machine. Installation was completed successfully but the drivers failed. Ended up returning it; not sure if it the the device or my PC.

The Network Adaptor enabled my desktop computer to access internet connection over the building's wireless connection and has enabled me to discontinue the previous internet subscription.

My wife has a refurb laptop that she uses at home, and it does not have a network card. This USB adapter is very convenient to use and works great.

Had issues with the network drivers on an older laptop. Connected this up and have had no issues. Its running off of a USB hub also and have had no issues.

Used it for my computer downstairs running windows 7. Works like it should. A little laggy but you should expect that with windows 7 anyway.

My wifi card burned out in my laptop. Don't want to replace it right now. This card works perfectly! I only wish it was tiny so it wouldn"t get caught on anything when I am mobile with my laptop.

Using a 7 year old laptop with windows 7 because I prefer that over the more recent versions. This worked well to give me better internet access.
