I can't say if I notice it working. I must have been so frustrated with dropped service and screens locking that I bought it... but I didn't really measure how often it happens so I don't know how much or if its better now. Bottom Line- not a huge difference

The main functionality of the adapter is to upgrade your Windows-based computer to AC WiFi speeds with MU-MIMO.
