I gave this two * because the .exe file would not load. I ended up having to go into Device Manager and disable the internal network adapter in order to get the "plug and play" network adapter to work. This item is NOT for a novice user expecting an easy fix and setup!

I think this adapter was having trouble picking up the router either that or it was not compatible with something on my devices. Compared to other adapters it was getting hardly any speed for download speed. I worked with tech support and even exchanged the adapter in case the first one was defective but with no luck, I wound up having to return it.
