Tech support was not good, same basic trouble shooting with restart/reset etc then the it’s not the extender it’s your internet provider etc. luckily was able to return and got a NETGEAR.

Devices will lose connection dozens of times a day. If I unplug device my Wi-Fi signal is weaker yet more reliable. Out of return period, so money wasted.
