I was having trouble with internet going in and out and I work from home so that wasn't working for me. Got this system and not had anymore trouble with wifi connection throughout my house.

I am not sure how these have such good reviews, but maybe I got a bad set. Regardless these disconnect from the internet constantly. IT is not my internet as I do not have the same issue with my old Google WiFi setup. The nodes will not stay connected to the main node and the main node will not reconnect to the internet automatically. If I manually unplug and plug it back in though it is fine, at least for a while. Also setup is annoying and customer support is as well. I talked to them several times, I went through all the re-setup steps when I talked to them previously and the nodes still do not function properly. I was told they could not approve a return unless I go through the setup steps with them again, even though I did it 3 times previously. This means gathering up all the nodes and plugging them in the same room (yes, they require you do this) then re-set the system and got through setup again. I did this 3 times. The app is also garbage, it is way too slow to load network status. All of this for $500? It is not acceptable to me. I went back to my original Google Wifi and now have 3 very expensive bricks. If you do buy these, good luck, I hope you experience is different.

This mesh system works great when it’s connected. That’s the key. After two of constant wifi drops I returned the product.

Went from apple AirPort Extreme. Works good but I still miss the apple product. Can’t connect a hard drive to backup like the apple extreme. 3 stars for that reason.

Installation was a breeze! I now have seamless connectivity throughout the entire house and basement. No more connecting to different networks as I go from floor to floor.

Very stable connection. My computer has a WiFi 6 adapter and now I have no issues gaming over WiFi. Definitely the most stable WiFi set up I’ve had ever. Very good product.

I was a little disappointed with the WiFi signal. And the configuration for limiting users too, is not so efficient.

Now all of my lights can be connected to the internet. My modem was to far away from the garage for the lights to work properly.

Had this system less than a year and have has nothing but problems. Constantly having to reset the entire system just to use the wifi. Unable to connect with personal devices, cell phone and laptop even the Xbox but ipads, tablets and work laptops seem to connect. Don't know what the issue is and ready to get rid of this system. Don't waste your money.

I don't usually leave reviews, but this one was so bad I just had to warn others. First off when it works its good it has decent coverage and good speeds. The problem is it doesn't work 90% of the time. Like others stated I've also had the problem of wifi constantly dropping. Mainly when I would turn on my laptop or pc. I didn't understand why and i tried changing the settings, moving the location of the router trying a different node to be the main one and nothing. Their customer service is one of the worst I've ever dealt with. They will literally have you doing 10-20 "possible solutions" to "narrow down the problem" before them considering taking them back. I've contacted them about 6 or more times and each one has a different suggestion but no real solution. If you guys stand behind your product you should have a limit to where you finally say you can take it back and replace or give us customers our money back. This things are expensive! Now I'm sutck with useless mesh routers and a company that doesn't care and won't do anything about it. And finally yes I know the router is the problem as my ISP already came out to my property to ensure everything on their end is working. I ended up going with google wifi mesh network and it works perfectly fine no issues, so yes the problems lies with the Velop routers themselves. I really do wish they worked since the wifi 6 does provide better speeds, however it is useless when it almost never works.

Well worth the money spent! Internet is crazy fast now and my kiddos have no issues with their online classes. Kids also say its amazing for gaming as well, with no lag!

I have three stories and this mesh system did a decent job. I had an issue after awhile with one node dropping on occassion and had to turn this into a two node system.

Way better than my previous setup (eero), once I installed it, my WiFi problem disappeared! It is bulky, rectangular, nothing espectacular.... but it works great!

Constantly drops signal, Linksys knows about the problem and does nothing about it. Hours of wasted phone calls and bad product

Had to return these after two days of testing. These routers would constantly display connection problems, they would claim one beacon in the network would have problems. And the app, while currently well rated, is a web app hack job that takes minutes for things you could do in seconds on an eero. I switched from older Eero system to this and regretted it immediately. Save yourself the headache and spring for eero. The speed and reliability trade of and quality of the iPhone app is way worth it. They also got dirty immediately and barely fit back in their own packaging.

Helped provide a broader signal in our home that has really thick walls, however, multiple times per week the light goes red and the internet is out, or it shows full WIFI signal but you can't load anything.. and then I have to go into IT expert mode and try to fix it while my family of 5 complains at how slow I am at it. It's not the most expensive mesh system we could have bought, but I had higher hopes for the $500 we put into it..

it worked perfectly, great customer service, explanation about the technicalitiies was great as well. I’d definitely recommend to anyone.

Great Wi Fi system. Super easy to set up through the App and the coverage is great as well. No dead s[pots even in the farthest corners of our yard.

Bought this Wifi VLOP to replace and old slow WIFI. What a difference it made to our connection and not dropping us to.

They could be much faert for the cost. I've installed 3 sets of these, and they work, but they don't have the best range all the time, or the speed.
