These got returned. The wifi was strong but slower. Barely topped out my old Google wifi. Spent less for a to link mesh with better results.

This device will not work with a cellular hotspot such as the Netgear Nighthawk using the hot spot’s ethernet connection even though the ethernet out gives me great speed and stability connected to my iPad. Wish this was made clear on the product information page. I am now out of the return period and am stuck with expensive door stops. Linksys should include this on their product page and online information links.

I was using this system with an Arris S33 modem for many months, without an issue. Along came a firmware update and the routers constantly lost their internet connection. After months of troubleshooting I gave up and replaced it with an Arris Mesh router. Lesson is: This system clearly has compatibility issues with certain other brands of modems.

Not as described, buyers beware. The mesh range is poor even when it says it’s rated up to 6000 square feet plus the system has trouble multitasking. The internet on the tv could be working fine but then your phone or tablet takes minutes trying to understand where to direct the signal.

I was sold the wrong merchandise. Sold home equipment when I needed office equipment. I have been charged for a service call when he only unpacked and we found out the equipment would not work for our business. The sales person knew the items needed to be for a business, discussed in details our issues.

Product is amazing! The service was awful! Was told by salesman this product is not recommended and I should buy a different system... He said you will need to buy the service plan because it will break that's for sure. I felt stupid spending 500.00 bucks on a product that best buy doesn't endorse but too embarrassed to take it back.... I works like a charm and that guy should be fired☹️

Complete junk, worked fine for about a month and now the unit just randomly throws a red light and stops routing a few times a day. It’s not my internet router, I only have to reboot the main Linksys unit and then it’s back up for a few.

For price really not that fast. Had others on sale but not in stock. Wish I had not bought

Unclear descriptions. Poor software. Poor compatibility with other generation of same product.

During my installation the Geek Squad member suggested to my wife that an Eego system would be better and is actually $300 cheaper than the Linksys. He mentioned that he would take the Linksys back to the store and get me my refund. This still has not happened and no one can tell me anything about this credit.

After a year of struggling with this system I have given up and purchased a new mesh system. Daily reboots are routine, and the app is terrible...usually have to go in through the web using my laptop to complete even the easiest task. Super disappointed.

I bought this system three weeks ago and the setup is a nightmare and can only be done through their support. As I type this, I am on their support and they have no idea what is wrong and why the junk won’t work. Completely disappointed with this system

Set was easy Connection was fast 1st unit lasted 4 days the the parent could not longer communicate with the child I returned the unit for a 2nd one. This unit lasted 14 days and the parent could no long communicate with the child. Seems to be a serious quality problem with this product and I would not recommend it.

This is an amazing upgrade. I installed in a large house and I have an acre of land and I am able to get WIFI outside. Easy set up and never had issues so far with connection and speed. If you are looking to purchase a wifi system that connect to outdoor TV, Gaming, etc.. I would purchase. No lag when playing my Xbox and PS games. And streaming is fast since I hooked the system up.

I was in the market for a new WiFI system and thought I would give Velop a chance as I upgraded from my AC Orbi system. Boy was a in for a headache speed and performance are not consistent with this system, I quickly returned it and gave Orbi a second chance whit the AX4200 (I will write a review for that one).

Would give it 0 stars if possible. Does not work. Randomly drops signal on various devices, including those designated as priority devices. Had to disconnect from Wi-Fi just to write the review. Will be returning it to the store today.

Was highly anticipating this product to work, but it caused issues from day 1. Base unit would stop working (not good when working from home), disappointed with this product and returned it for a different vendor.

Really not worth the money. I had to constantly restart the network in order for it to maintain the network without slowing to a crawl. Very unsatisfied. I purchased the Eero pro 6 and they work great. I’m returning these horrible devices.

Having terrible time with this system. The old Velop system worked great. We upgraded. Big mistake. Called 4 times. On hold for long times. Disconnected each time with zero actual help. Very frustrating.
