Not able to sync the item to my vehicle. Watched all the videos on YouTube send an email still not able to sing to my vehicle

Company went out of business no more tracking available

It's too difficult to figure out. Cant use, Never used it.

It shows wrong places where the car is at not working properly

I have purchase the Automatic Pro of all of our cars. It's by far the most affordable GPS car tracker on the market. I have used other products in the past and Automatic Pro works better than all of them. The one feature I miss that many of the other units I've tried had was the ability to track the speed of the car in real-time. Because I use these device not only on our cars but my kids as well I miss not knowing how fast they are driving. With the other units I was able to have a conversation with my kids if they drove to fast, now I don't know how fast they are driving. I would really like to see real-time speed tracking added to a future firmware upgrade. Thanks for making sure a great product.

I bought an Automatic Pro after my engine light came on over winter break. Having owned the original Automatic (it was in another car parked at LAX), I knew what to expect. The Automatic Pro helped steer me in the right direction with providing the error code and helped me reset the light to see if it resolved the issue. The automatic pro connects via cellular rather than bluetooth. I'm alerted to when my car stops, starts, and can track its location. Driving habits for the week are summarized with the companion app and I can log my fuel ups and track economy as well. Overall, I'm quite happy with the module.

I read the negative reviews and I don't know, but it was easy to sync and I am now able to tell exactly what my farm truck is doing and where it's located...usually not what I thought! Once in a while in rural areas it might not have service, but twice in three months is not an issue. Many of my friends have now gotten them for their business vehicles...really fun to know whats really going on!!

This 3G version does the job so well. Now I can track my son car every where for free in 5 years. Works as expected.

I installed the Automatic Pro on one of our cars in September. A month later we started seeing offline errors, in the same driving areas that had connectivity the prior month. I am curious if this is a bug with the adapter itself or if others have experienced this and have any insights they might want to share. When it works, it is great. It just seems inconsistent at best.

Setup took a few tries, but I eventually got it to sync. Emailed product support and got a friendly response within two hours. Integrates with Alexa well and should prove beneficial should the car ever throw a trouble code. The accident assistance is a bonus if you don't have OnStar. Will be buying another one for our other vehicle.

I am using this since a month now. No issues and works like a charm. No monthly fee or contact. 5 yrs of 3G connection for the device is awesome. Excellent customer service.

Works as advertised and updates a little slower than I would prefer.

My daughter was in a car wreck and this thing didn't even tell me that she was in a car wreck luckily she was able to call and let us know that she was in a car wreck. So I emailed the company to let him know that this thing didn't work and they said that sometimes if it gets in a wreck it can come on hooked or I can come disconnected or if the power is cut to the car then it won't send a signal. But in most accidents that are worth calling someone in an emergency the car is probably going to get damaged it may get dislodged or the power may get cut if it's a bad enough accident but this accident told her car pulled out every airbag and this thing didn't let us know. We live in Virginia we have deer we have roads that may not get traffic for a little while if she would have been knocked unconscious we would have never known so I'm just want to tell all the parents out there who are thinking about getting this for their children if you're getting a newer car you may want to try something else like OnStar or some other kind of system that may let you know if your child that accident.

It was very hard to find , where to connect in a car .Ii doesn’t showing a correct adress when car is park. I am parking in the same garage few monhs already and only 2 times it was showing correct adress. Very inreliable !

I guess what you pay is what you get, this thing is so unreliable. 1. it doesn't log all your trips. so dont depend on it to find your car if you forgotten where you parked 2. sometime you went from point A (starting point) to point B destination (current parked location), when you use find your car to guide you to find car, it gives you direction to point A starting point (when your car is parked at point B).

I loved this device while it was working. It's a shame that it's shutting down. So called Lifetime monitoring is gone very soon.
