Since I do not use my phone a great deal this works fine. I imagine for anyone who is on the phone a lot, it would be a little slow and unresponsive; but I use it mostly for making appointments and calling for what little business I have, so it's great for me. Definitely an upgrade from the Jitterbug 2, much better battery life and still works for me at reasonable price.

Very easy to use. We got for our dad and he has the old folks selective hearing syndrome. He loves it ! I like that the immediate things you use are right there. Unlike most smart phones you don’t have to go search for apps. Now it still becomes tricky so you’ll have to definitely give some quick lessons if they’re not used to new age technology. However we had him up and running in no time. Make sure you are aware of the plans to avoid overage. We live in Texas and the taxes are horrific. We were also disappointed that we had to pay a one time fee of 35.00 to set up. In addition to having to pay the 3.00 per month to have the smart phone features work even though it’s a smart phone to begin with… weird but I guess you gotta have it if you want phone to work. However we were impressed with the lively support team. There are eager to assist with any questions.

Easy purchase and easy set-up. Bought this for my aunt as a birthday gift. At 100 she asked for, "one of those phones that all the kids have", she loves it.

This is a great phone, it does not have every feature of an iphone but is a lot easier to use and covers all important features.

I bought a smart 3 phone for my mother and followed the directions for setting up online. I entered the website found in the activation guide. I had a question regarding the plan options and called the number that is given if you have questions about the plan options. I was connected with a person who immediately tried to sell me a wearable device and would not listen to the question that I was calling about. She hung up on me. After calling the number again two more times and reaching the same person, my number was blocked! I then called a different number found at the top of the activation guide. The person I reached told me that the phone number I had called was not associated with the company. She repeated the number accurately. This person then tried to connect me to a "connection specialist". When I expressed concern that the number I had called was found on their website, she too hung up on me!

was easy to set up, and should have been easy to use but my elderly mom was finicky after being so used to the iphone, she did not want to learn it. It is also WAY too slow
