In most cases, that is correct. I didn't realize that staying connected to the internet would cause my bill to be a lot higher than expected.

For my 86 year old father

It is really a very nice phone. Much nicer than I even expected. He is probably never going to use it for certain reasons as I have cancelled the service provider.
