I bought a smart 3 phone for my mother and followed the directions for setting up online. I entered the website found in the activation guide. I had a question regarding the plan options and called the number that is given if you have questions about the plan options. I was connected with a person who immediately tried to sell me a wearable device and would not listen to the question that I was calling about. She hung up on me. After calling the number again two more times and reaching the same person, my number was blocked! I then called a different number found at the top of the activation guide. The person I reached told me that the phone number I had called was not associated with the company. She repeated the number accurately. This person then tried to connect me to a "connection specialist". When I expressed concern that the number I had called was found on their website, she too hung up on me!

Very simple easy to read and use. I like it and seems so much simpler than an iPhone. My husband will get used to it.

The phone is very good, but the emergency button is in the wrong place. I have accidentally pressed it trying to press another button
