A senior phone built with juniors in mind

One of my problems is w/my hands--they are somewhat handicapped so it is difficult to navigate, Also, I find that the phone itself is too heavy for me and it has all these different functions on it that are entirely unnecessary for me. I paid $50+ to activate the phone and got a person with the worst possible accent and couldn't understand a word she said. This is my 4th phone as I keep dropping them and this one will probably meet the same fate as it is too heavy.

Very frustrating to not be able to connect directly with the store. Had to deal with difficult accents from India.
