I don’t know about this devise because I never use this kind of devise before. I bought this cellphone for my father but I didn’t receive it. This item has been returned to the seller for reasons unknown to me.

Looked the updated features and the prices was absolutely wonderful.

This phone is definitely an upgrade from my prior device and more than meets my needs and expectations. As I become better acquainted with its intricacies, I expect to experience even greater functionality and capability.

Phone was ready to set up and ready for my elderly mother to use, she loves her new phone.

It would have been 5 stars if service from Best Buy had been better. Very frustrating to not be able to connect directly with the store. Had to deal with difficult accents from India.

I bought this phone for my husband who had lots of problems with his cell phone. He loves the Lively phone. It was easy to set up and enter the contacts. If your goal is only to send and receive calls and answer voicemail messages, this is the phone for you. The home screen is large and very legible. The phone is very affordable and I am glad I purchased it.

best bang for the buck, works and online all the time.

I am 83 and partially handicapped and got this smartphone for the "urgent response" feature. One of my problems is w/my hands--they are somewhat handicapped so it is difficult to navigate, Also, I find that the phone itself is too heavy for me and it has all these different functions on it that are entirely unnecessary for me. I paid $50+ to activate the phone and got a person with the worst possible accent and couldn't understand a word she said. This is my 4th phone as I keep dropping them and this one will probably meet the same fate as it is too heavy.

Excellent smart phone for seniors. This phone is easy to use and has all the functions anyone would need. A good price also.
