So far, I am very happy with this phone. It is just enough for me as a senior citizen

Works well. Easy to use. Still learning about it though.

Mom has one, I'm the tech-support guy, and we've been using it about 8 months now. These things are probably the easiest-to-use senior phones out there, but they still have major, inexplicable issues. Mostly with their user interface. You can somewhat control what options appear on the home screen. But several unwanted options (internet, etc.) cannot be hidden. Stripped-down, super simple, is the only way to go when you're dealing with 80-year-olds, but Lively can't be bothered to improve your options here. Making a call is not easy. It's oddly a five step process. If the contact only has one number it still makes you select it, still makes you choose between call and text, and finally lets you "place call." Try explaining that to your grandma. Also, if it's easier to use the SPEAKER option for some people, it's hard to tell if it's enabled or disabled: The button is either blue or white, but the icon stays the same and it just says SPEAKER. Voicemail. Accessing "visual" voicemail is also a way-too-many-steps process. Visual voicemail should be dead simple, but this is another 5-step series of button pushes that could and should be greatly simplified. Again, if an 80-year old can't manage it, than something is wrong. Spam: No way to quickly block spam callers/texters. You have to leave the Lovely system, get into the Android system, and copy/paste numbers you want blocked. Ugh. Finally, OS updates undo all the access and permissions you've already enabled or disabled in the past. Why doesn't it save them? And the UPDATE banner doesn't go away, either, so you kind of have to update.

Definitely an upgrade from the previous jitterbug phone

This is our second Jitterbug smartphone. We bought the Smart2 for my father, and it was life-altering for him. He's 92 and not very tech-savvy. The Smart2 and 3 have allowed him access to things most of us take for granted. Lively did an excellent job with the original, and the 3 means they'll continue to support the concept.

I have Health Issues. So this phone work great for me.

Not being “tech savvy” and needing to get a new phone ,I decided on the Jitterbug Smart3 Smartphone. Its ease of use and clear instructions along with the very reasonable price for all that it offers was the selling point for me. Having just purchased this I have not used it much but know that it will meet my needs.

I helped pick out this smarter phone for my elderly mother and it is the easiest smart phone I ever used and helped set up. She really needed something reliable, easy and she also wanted something she could use to “try the internet.” I am very thankful for Lively phone and their helpful service personnel. Best Buy was great at getting us switched over and set up.

Love this phone! Great price and works great for my dad. I set it up to have larger letters so he can see them better. Does everything a person would need or want. Option of emergency help but we didn’t get that and see no need for our family but a great option

Basic smart phone. Works like we want it to and at a great price.

Finally dragged my husband into using a smart phone. I had no idea how easy it is to operate and the plans offered are so much more competitive than the other cell companies. I have raved about this phone to all.

So far it is pretty easy to use ,I still need some help setting it up completely.

Only needed a Senior Freely cell phone that with help a person with limited finger/hand movement. It has NOT been a good investment or tool. Initially, the company was NoT going to activate the phone since we were not including their Life Support system, for additional charges, with the phone activation! None of the advertisements ever mentioned that was a part of the activation process!! Initially, Best Buy was going to help activate the phone for us. But, their in-store internet service wouldn't allow the process to happen! Probably should have been or first clue...
