I chucked the lively sim card and got a Ting Sim card. It's simple, clear buttons that my dad can navigate easily and mostly intuitive. It seems to be working well for him, Great price too!

To set up, you need a person who has basic tech knowledge, and a computer or tablet or (separate) phone that's already on a good internet connection. Make sure the new phone is in a good internet connection area too. There are two components: setting up your Lively account (online) and then activating your new phone (via the actual phone). I have been able to reach a helpful representative via phone when help is needed. It's a simple phone to use and meets the needs of my dad's usage fine.

Otherwise, I like it.

Using the lively link app I'm able to keep track of them with the push of a button. I also have the peace of mind knowing the Urgent Response Agents are there to help them from staying on the line while they do chores, driving directions, roadside assistance or a medical emergency. They have helped in so many ways.
