Got a whole lot better price on my phone at Best Buy

The Lively - Jitterbug Smart 3 Smartphone works well for elderly people. I really like mine, especially because it does have an Urgent Response feature. But it also has a camera, text messaging, internet and several other features.Great

Works well, is intuative to operate, and last long between re-charges.

My husband has been using the old style flip phone for years and it finally stopped working. He did not want or need a fancy expensive phone so we bought the jitterbug. It does everything he needs to do, in fact I may buy one for myself when mine bites the dust. It does need to be charged every day. It was made to help seniors so the words and numbers are bigger and easy to read.it runs on the Lively network , no dropped calls or problems yet

this is a decent phone for seniors. No problems so far.

I have my phone for only a month,right now I am very pleased with it. I bought my phone from Best Buy,LoganMeier was who set everything up,he was excellent,I can't say enough how kind and helpful he was.

The phone is good, but will probably change over to Consumer Cellular. Lively service is very poor. Took them three days to transfer Steves phone number and six days to totally activate his phone to allow him to setup his voicemail. When I complained about how slow they were Lively told me that phone service is not their primary business that they are primarily in the health business.

This is a very nice updated Jitterbug phone, easy to move to from the last edition Jitterbug smart phone, and with more space. As one who is of a certain age and not very clever with cell phones, I find this phone very useful and am expanding my knowledge on how to serve my needs with a cell phone.

I bought this phone for my husband. He likes to keep things simple. He has better reception than on my more expensive phone. I use his when I can't get a signal on mine. If they had more memory etc. I would have bought one for me also and saved $1100 on the one I got.

Home page is great, I am still learning, I am 84 so it will take some time to learn every thing. Thanks!! Mary

Perfect phone for my not cell phone savy mother. Easy for her to use, large keys and display made it a no brainer

I first purchased the Lively flip phone, however the 85 year old man was unable to properly work this phone without help. Purchased the Smart3 and Ray is able to operate this phone very well. Ray has parkinsons and dementia.

I can’t remember the lady’s name that helped me with the purchase of a cell phone for my elderly father. She was so helpful. Thank you to the sales person I appreciate you.

Initially the Voicemail function was inoperable. After lengthy consultation with Lively's technical support, we made it work.

Very easy to set up! It is very easy to see the wording on the screen. Large letters for my father to easily read even with eyesight issues.

Love all the options for apps. Handy to pay my bills from my phone.

Haven't really used it very much but liked what I have used. Easier for my husband to navigate with the larger display and buttons. it can also be used with voice which is best for him. Still getting used to all the functions after an old flip phone.

We purchased this phone for our 80 yr. old mom, who had been using the jitterbug flip. Set up was super easy. The home screen has everything that she needs right at her fingertips. I love that there is a help menu that is automated with visuals on how to use every function on the phone.....even the simplest function like how to answer the phone. Very user friendly!!

This phone was a little more difficult to use initially than expected. We bought it for my 91-year old mother who only has use of one hand. I was hoping she'd be able to use it more easily (that she could answer and call with one click.) We may yet figure out how to make use easier, but if that's the case, we could have used better instructions!
