Pretty easy to use. Minor problems are time consuming to solve as no local source of help is available. Only telephone assistance is available and that is often now very helpful. Plus, time waiting on connecting to someone at Lively for assistance is frustrating. Took me about four calls to resolve a fairly simple task that my phone would not let me complete.

This phone was so much easier to set. My former Sampson phone was not user friendly. This Jitterbug smart3 phone with the urgent response button and large buttons is great. I am more optimistic about this phone.

So far, so good. Still learning how to use my 1st smart phone. Exceptional thanks to Nathan for taking the time to help setup the phone during the purchasing process - wonderful service!

Much better than I expected. Does far more than I will ever need. Can't beat the price. Simple to use. Great talk to text capability. Hard to go wrong with this one.

The phone is a 4 1/2 star. Lively, the carrier is a ZERO star. 2 weeks & still can't get my number transferred. Everything they have told me so far has proven to be untrue. Still, I like the simplicity of the Jitterbug 3 phone. [ I traded to Jitterbug from an iPhone X]

Great product for a technically challenged person. We bought it after trying several other phones. My wife has early stage dementia and using the phone is a challenge for her. This phone was the best one we found for her. The Lively option for assistance is also a great feature that we have used already.

A good phone but small tweeks could make it better. Text message corrections and the send button can be too close together at times. There needs to be more space between the two. It would be nice to have the option of smaller icons. I am a young senior so it would be nice to have this option.

I have trouble connecting to internet and getting set up.

Good for senior citizens. Easy to operate and good camera.

I am torn since this is the first cell phone i have ever had even after not quite 80 years..... It seem relatively simple since I wanted a "kindergarten" version to start out..... I am learning but have some way to go. Any evaluation awaits a significantly longer period of getting used to it...

This is supposed to be a simplified phone for seniors to use. Overall I think this is reasonably successful; however, there are some major limitations if you are used to most Android phones. The biggest issue my friend has is with making calls while using other apps. Key example: Her physician sees her by telemedicine. She uses an app to request call @ appointment time. By phone call she receives 12 character confirmation code for security. At that point the app is blocked from completing setup because the Dial Pad has a bubble banner at the top of the screen "to return to phone call". App will not open next step because it is blocked by the Dial Pad banner which is a popup. Have to hang up before can continue. Any web app or android app which utilizes input in the top 1/2" of the screen will not work phone call in progress because Dial Pad banner blocks input in that part of screen & that part of screen is not visible. Extended call with Tech support. No good Answer. I was going to use another Dialer app; however, Lively has programed it to prevent any other Dialer app from working. Lively resets Dial Pad as default dialer every ~20 seconds.

This phone is much easier for me to use than my previous phone. The transfer of data from my prior phone to this phone was almost automatic; and I've had no problem with receiving calls or making calls. There are a few details I have yet to learn when time permits. Plus,this phone has an Urgent Response Button in case of an emergency.

If you're looking for an easy-to-use smartphone, look no further! I got this for my mother who is new to smartphones and hasn't had a lot of experience with computers. I gave her a quick lesson and imported her contacts from her paper address book. She read the manual and has not needed any help. The only complaint - more like my mother's pet peeve - is that the contacts cannot be placed in alphabetical order by last name. This is a little irritation considering the independence the phone provides. Now, all of her friends want one.

Purchased for an older person with a bit of dementia. It is working out very well for him and is simple enough tat he can manage it without assistance.

Does what I need it for. Right size and weight very good display. An excellent IPhone.

I do not like the system of text statements. They are not separated by name. The texts are not intermixed but they appear with or under one sent to someone else.. Also to send a text you have only the phone list to select from. The old phone kept a separate access list The keys are so super sensitive, getting a finger near the "send", message is on its way.

Nice device and a decent quality pgone. Ser up was fairly easy.

Product is far more advanced than I need. It was hard to set up with everything I wanted to put in it. Over all it is better than the jitterbug 2
