Not as sophisticated as other "smart" phones, but has everything for day-to-day use. I tried a basic Samsung smart phone, and this is much simpler to operate.

Best feature of the phone: How to Guide is right on the phone so I don't have to keep flipping back the user guide! It allows you to do as much or as little as you want and learning to operate it is not as stressful!

It seems to be a good phone. Wasn't as simple to use as I was lead to believe. I bought it for my handicapped son to use. There are to many steps that need to be made to make a phone call for him to remember.

Was NOT informed at the time of purchase of how expensive the Health and Safety Plan that came with the phone was, otherwise would have chosen a different phone other than the Lively Jitterbug Smart3 Smartphone for Seniors.

My first one was damaged because it was accidentally thrown into the wash machine and dryer in a pair of mtpants. Up unti that time I liked it. I bought a new second one and it was found to be defective.MANY hours lost here to get it replaced. Finally replaced and it is just fine!

I purchased the Lively phone because it is easier to see with my vision deteriorating. It was recommended by the Blind Society.

Great service, especially store agent. Met all expectations regarding product and service. Coming back.

I needed a new simpler cell phone and had been checking on the Jitterbug for quite awhile. The tech at Best Buy set it up for me. I did need to call tech support to have her update the phone so I could delete and update my contacts after I had added them from my old phone to my new Jitterbug. It was easy to connect to my car and works easily.

This phone was for my father who is 93. He absolutely loves it. He has arthritis and it is hard for him to navigate the small buttons on most phones. With this one he was able to start texting right away. It took several readings of the manual but he has pretty much mastered all of it. He is now sending texts and pictures. Thank you!

This needs to come with better directions for senior citizens. I had to keep calling the company to learn how to send photos and how to use the car map system. Also, this phone keeps turning off after just a few minutes.

simplicity is needed by wife do to age, GREAT ++++

I bought this for my elderly sister who is disabled. She has never had even a cell phone much less a smart phone and was intimidated by the idea. But this phone is so well designed and easy to use. She’s not only making calls but also sending texts using the dictation feature. The word recognition seems much better than my Siri function on Apple. Signing up was easy and so far everything has worked very well.

My first smartphone, and got rid of the old flip phone after seeing how easy this Jitterbug Smart3 is to use...I mean everything from adding contacts, to text messages (had rarely done them before), to settings for the phone, etc. was so much easier than it was on that flip phone.

First smart phone easy enough for me to use. Easy to call and text which can be done by voice. No typing is a plus.

Very complicated to set up- much more so than the standard cell phone. Also the letters on the keyboard are very small compared to a standard cell phone. This phone is not for this senior-- I returned it to the store.

This is for my Dad who never had a phone. And he's excited.

Lively Smart is a good phone. My wife is legally blind and she is able tp navigate by holding the device close. The Home button is perfect for starting over if a wrong button was pushed. Still learning it but should be good to go. She uses the voice feature and it's good.I wanted her to get the Flip because of physical buttons that are easily seen with the contrast on the phone face.

Pretty easy phone to use for my technology limited parents but transferring contacts and photos from a previous phone to this one proved to be too difficult for them to figure out. A simple transfer app would be convenient.

My Jtterbug 3 smartphone is much easier to navigate than my previous phone. The staff were so great in setting it up for me.
