Just followed the step-by-step instructions. I was able to remove applications not being used from main display. The simple displaying of the applications makes it much easier to use..

Their friendly and knowledgeable sales people have never failed to be helpful. So I was surprised and sad when my new phone -- Lively TM-Jitterbug Smart 3 -- did not work well, and the support team, sadly did not seem well organize.

We sat outside while they ran inside and got the Lively Smartphone, case, and clear protector. They had to run in and out to actually complete the sale. Salespeople were great and my husband likes his phone.

I always have a problem with the camera focus, don't know why. This is my second jitterbug as I broke the screen on my first. It is easy to use.
