Great phone for mom.

It is so much easier for her to use. So far so good. I cannot really say anything about the camera (which she probably will never use) or the battery life, but I really like the ease of use.

He is very pleased with it. The lively customer service is very good assisting you with any questions relative to the many good features of the phone when you are just getting use to it.

Never Too Old for a Smartphone

Definitely Not Senior Friendly

It of course is easier than a regular smartphone but is still very confusing for a senior. In order to make a call a contact you have to hit the touch screen 4 times. For an older person who has issues with a touchscreen, this poses a big problem. The other big problem is the phone randomly talks, which is also confusing for someone who isn’t used to it. Would not recommend.

Could make a call easier than the small button flip phone. We didn't need the extra services but they do give peace of mind. Also had an issue with imei and kudos to the store for making the exchange easy.
