Purchased for my father. It's not as easy to use as they advertise.

My current Jitterbug Smart 3 ,purchased 1/7, has not had Voicemail since about 1/12. Calling with *67 to block my number on Caller ID Does Not Work. I have tried to resolve these & other problems with 2 calls to Lively Customer Service, in person Best Buy Geek Squad, & computer help at the Library. A previous Jitterbug Smart 3 did not have these problems

I've had it a few weeks and so far, so good. It has a few more features than its predecessor. It can block texts and phone calls which is a big plus. I don't need many bells and whistles so this phone is perfect for me. And I got it on sale so the price was definitely right.

Well, my brother is vision impaired and this phone service helps him see his way, I will not give it a five-star because it's not a real iPhone.

Happy to have it. Don't understand it completely. Need a little guidance. Overall, happy to have it.

I like this phone much better than my phone that died. Its easier no see and find what I am looking for.

The process of making a call on this phone to a contact is a 4 step process, I RE-setup the phone into advanced mode (turns off the lively interfaces), allowed me to make a desktop shortcut that is a 1 click to call widget for my dad. The lively overlay also crashed constantly and would shut down the phone randomly. The phone is very slow reacting to instruction.

I have had flip phones and I phones but my needs are simple I WANTED A PHONE EASY TO USE NO INTERNET JUST TO USE WHEN I AM OUT IN CSE OF AN EMERGENCY. THIS PHONE FITS MY NEEDS VERY EASY TO USE AND YOU CAN USE ONLY WHAT YOU WANT

Got this for a phone-averse family member who just needs to call, receive calls and VoiceMails, and text. The phone is very easy to use, but on getting it home it needed a massive download (which I understood they did for us in the store before we left). Can't get it to download, PLUS we cannot get the VoiceMail function to work at all. The VM directions are idiot-proof and we are not idiots. I suspect the problem is the mystery download needed. So after a week of struggle (though calls and texts DO work), we need to go back to the Best Buy Geek Squad with our purchase to find out what is wrong. I suspect this just may be a lemon and not representative of the model or brand.

Purchased this phone for my 98 year old neighbor. Her sight snd hearing are both compromised but her able to easily to use the Jitterbug/Lively phone with ease. She is delighted with the smart phone uses also.

Not perfect but a great value for the price. The most important thin is the Knowledge=ge and helpfulness of the sale staff.

This phone is just what I wanted. I had another brand of smart phone but was very unhappy with the way it worked and the coverage wasn't good at all. This phone is east to use and I can use it wherever I am without a loss of coverage.

Great phone for someone who doesnt need or want all the bells and whistles of regular. It also has emergency services at the touch of a star. The phone is relatively inexpensive and the services are reasonable. No long term contracts are required.

Emergency button need to be away from the talk button my mom hit it first day by mistake and wouldn't deal with phone again had to take it back she was overwhelmed

phone is straight forward to use - data is a little expensive - Lively will not stop contacting every hour about signing up for the emergency service - have spoken to custome service - no help

Perfect for Mom with it's simplified home screen, large fonts and user friendly prompts. I have peace of mind knowing she has a cell phone in an emergency situation.
