I bought this phone for someone who had never used his cell phone before. In less than hour I had her making calls sending text and getting email this is a very good phone for someone who is not tech savvy.

Took 5 days to set up. They didn't get my number transferred so It had to call previous carrier to release it. Then it still didn't work. Spent 30 minutes using one neighbors phone and over an hour at another neighbors. Finally ended up having to reset to factory settings and start over. Only transferred contact name and numbers but not other info on contacts. Worst phone and service I have ever had. Cannot move home screen icons to put in any order, extremely slow, can only delete one item or all items in text or calls at a time, the back choice doesn't take you back. I deleted text and calls and they came back. There is nothing simple about this phone. Definitely not for an older person with only half a mind. I would never recommend this phone to a person who has phone experience.

I bought this phone for my 90 yr old mother and she was using it on the first day with basic instruction. It's the perfect phone for a senior the large icons make it easy to use.

Got this for aunt with tech difficulties. She loves how big everything is on the screen and ease of use.

This phone may do what a good cell phone should do but I can't tell. In 3 weeks I have tried to port my former phone # 4 times. I still do not have the correct #! Today represents day 4 in my most recent attempt to complete a 1-3 day operation. I have not had any success, explanation, or other contact. Help.

The Jitterbug is very user-friendly -- we were using ours as soon as we set it up - texts and phones are super-easy and we're so glad we made the purchase

Decent phone for seniors. Some quirks that we don’t care for, but it’s not bad overall

This is a replacement for the one I lost. Good cell Phone only problem is where the the Urgent Response is, next to the home button is. Keep hitting it when I hit it Home and the Urgent Response answers.

Overall ,very happy with the product. Very easy to understand and use size and response time is very good. i like the manner in which the different sections of the phone is set up, making it very easy to go from one ape to the other without any real problem overall very happy with my purchase of the Jitterbug Smart 3 Phone.

I love my new phone.I have wanted an easy phone for a long time. I am 75yrs.old and this is like an adventure for me. I always enjoy shopping at best buy.I always have helpful employees to help me. Joanne D.

This phone is just perfect for my aging mom. The face is simple and its easy to operate the functions. The offer included a sensor device which sweetened the great deal price. Glad we made this purchase.

We could never get phone set up correctly for my dad. Phone required a password that we didn't have and couldn't find. We have had the phone for 3 weeks. Now Best Buy says phone and case are unreturnable. I'm out $171.00. Never used! I'm very disappointed!

Once I got a few things straightened out (my fault, not Lively's) the phone is working just great!!!! I love how everything is set up and it is so easy to use.

I think this is a great solution for seniors citizens that needs a little bang for the buck.

I upgraded from a flip phone to the Lively Jitterbug Smart 3 the price was low and lots of features. Easy to read instructions were very helpful and the app on how to use was a nice addition.

Pretty good phone for the money. For young kids it does a great job.
