Purchase time not long enough for someone who doesn't understand the technology and whose hands are too disabled to "get it" in a short time. Then I learned someone else is sharing this phone! Not acceptable.

My Mom had a stroke and wasn't able to work her old smart phone. Bought the Jitterbug and she loves it. Nice big buttons and simple interface

Purchased for as non-technical grandma and she was able to use it without too much fuss. Phone does work on other networks other than what jitterbug wants you to use.

We needed an emergency phone for my 93 year old Mother. The land line that she has always had failed at a bad time and she was unable to get hold of anyone to solve her problem. This cell phone will solve the issue.

Went to Best Buy because I was going from a flip phone to a smartphone and the salesperson, Jennifer was a lot of help. She listened to my needs as a first-time smartphone user and set up my phone so I could use it immediately. She saved me a lot of time and made my switch to a smartphone so much easier and painless. Seems to work well for my elderly father. Glad there are no contracts to enter either

As far as clarity and volume, it is great. I am still figuring out some of the features however. The menu is so easy to use. It's my first smart phone at 84 years of age. Be patient with me!

It is great, but because we are seniors, taking a little adjusted to new items, but we really like it. Also you do not need to charge every day which is a plus. I would recommend

I got this phone for my 85 y.o. Mom. She works it just fine!!!!! Prompts are large, clear and user friendly. The phone itself is great for the price. I'd definitely recommend for Seniors.
