I recently upgraded my Mom’s phone from the Smart2 to this Smart3 and it’s great for her. Simple enough to use with intuitive functionality. Highly recommend!

Phone not very good - just replacing a phone because battery is dead. Would replace with different phone - but easier to transition to this phone - based on person using it

Purchased for my 92 year old mother-in-law who needed something easy to use and understand. This is about as simple as you can get with a smart phone.

Like the large font, it’s easy to use, and the Lively “help desk” is readily available and helpful.

I expected it to be much simpler with much larger keys for my elderly mom to send texts, etc. The letters are even smaller than my iphone. I was told it was compatable with the hearing app Oleo, but found it glitchy. Not sure if I'm going to keep it.

This is my first phone and I had no problem using it and was able to use all of its potential first day of service with out help

My 89 yr old mother got this as a gift. She's never had a smart phone, so it took a little time to get used to it. Finally the old fip phone is gone.

Bought this for my 83 yr old mother. She had an Iphone and Lively is Android platform. So far, we are finding it very very hard to get used to. Best Buy was unable to transfer data from her Iphone to the Lively, so I had to share Contacts and set them up manually. Can't seem to get the thing to scan the QR Code for our Wifi or take the password. Removed the PIN requirement for Answering texts or calls - no way an 83 yr old stroke patient can manage clicking buttons, swipe up AFTER trying to remember a PIN to get past and actually get the call before it stops ringing. YIKES. As an Iphone user, I am struggling to get the phone setup for her to use without anxiety and frustration. Be very aware of what you are getting before taking the Lively Challenge. Sounds good, looks good, great idea -- but it's not as User friendly as it sounds.

The phone worked for the first couple of weeks, but it started acting crazy and would not start talking and speaking verrry fast. We will be returning the phone. When we purchased the phone, the sales person was very impatient. When we went back for help setting up the phone, the sales person was amazing.

Easy to read display, uncluttered display, good battery life

Easy set up and a no nonsense easy to use. Would say get one if you want a smart phone thats not smarter than you!!

Wonderful easy to understand smart cell phone. A lot easier to use than a standard and more expensive cell phone.

I am disappointed with this service. What I don't like is How you charged me more , in the second week, for textiing, and in the third week you again charged me for data besides the fact that i don't use the internet or music and Gps and some other things. Judi Jones
