Not good!

However, the network that is required for it, Lively, is absolutely terrible. The company could not even get my iPhone phone number transferred to the Jitterbug. After two weeks of trying, I cancelled the Lively account and returned then phone. Best Buy was great!

Getting use to a new cell phone.

Had to spend a week to port my prior cell phone number to Lively. Long waiting times to get to a Care Representative, but all very helpful. Really like the new phone thus far.
