Smartphone Does Not Work In All Zip Codes

I was disappointed that the phone/service only works in certain zip codes. The nursing home is located in a zip code where the phone service will not work.

Bought Aug 2023, & today Nov.21st 2024 had to get a new phone due to phone will not take charge. 13 months?! This is truly unacceptable for a senior to have to purchase new phone yearly!
